			Bio one Chester county Just recently did a job for me. I had dogs that Peed on a concrete floor in the basement.  Several other companies were not able to guarantee they could get the smell out. Bio one Was able to. They  Took the smell out and were reasonably priced punctual and very friendly.  I would definitely recommend Bio-one  if you have any type of pet odor or any odor in general.

			I needed a rapid turn-around on an apartment clean up for my Senior loved one who  had an unfortunate fall into some self neglect and squalor. I conducted an internet search, and was able to reach Tom. I spoke with him in depth avout my family's needs. He was compassionate, and efficient. On the day of clean-up he and the crew were on time and eager to get to the job. Tom was honest and realistic about the job. The team were extremely patient and affectionate to the pets that were caught in the clean-up. Tom kept in touch throughout the clean-up until the end. 			Tom was quick to respond and give me an estimate for cleaning out my cousin's home. Me and my cousin, who is ill, differed on what to toss/what to keep. Tom was great at stepping back while my cousin and I "negotiated", and stepping in when we needed clarification. He's understanding, experienced, knowledgeable. He and his crew were quick, personable and flexible!!!! If you're like me --embarrased about having someone see a "beyond messy" house - don't  worry.
